(Inquiries regarding to the Admission Procedure System)
1.登録内容を変更したい
→入学手続期間最終日の15：00までであれば，登録内容を変更することができます。その後は変更できませんので十分に注意してください。
I want to change registered information.
→You can change the registered information until 3:00 PM on the final day of the enrollment procedure. Please be aware that changes cannot be made after the time.
2.必要書類の出力ができない
→「学籍関連情報登録」「学生証用写真アップロード」「納付手続」が完了後、出力可能となります。
I cannot download documents to be submitted.
→If you complete “Registration of student information”, “Upload of ID photo”, “Payment of admission fee”, you can download them.
3.必要書類の出力をする前にログイン可能期間を過ぎてしまった
→以下のファイルをダウンロードして、手書き記入の上所属学務係等に提出してください。
学生カード?宣誓書 保証書 予防接種記録票
The login period has passed before downloading the required documents.
→Please download the following file, fill in the form by hand, and submit it to your academic affairs section, etc.

4.氏名の漢字について，出願時は代替の漢字を入力していたが入学手続の際はどうすればよいか
→出願時に引き続き、入力できない漢字の場合は、代替の漢字を入力してください。
Regarding to the kanji of my name, I used alternative kanji at the time of application, but how should I do during the admission procedure?
→You can input alternative kanji characters if the ones you originally entered are still unavailable at the time of application, just as you did at the time of applying for the entrance examination.
5.入学後の住所（引っ越し先）は決まっているが、当面の間、現住所で生活する予定。システムにはどちらの住所を入力したらよいか。
→入学後の住所が決まっている場合は、以下の通り対応してください。
システム上の登録住所：入学後の住所を入力する。
宛名ラベル：「合格者住所」欄は入学後の住所が印字されるため、二重線を引き、現住所に訂正する。
返送用宛名ラベル：合格した学部?大学院担当係からレターパックを返送する時点で在住している住所（書類を受領できる住所）を手書きで記入する。
※レターパック返送の日付については、合格した学部?大学院担当係までご確認ください。
I have already decided on my address (new residence) after enrollment, but for the time being, I plan to continue living at my current address. Which address should I input into the system?
→ If you have already decided on your address after enrollment, please follow the instructions below.
Address in the system: Input the address after enrollment.
Address label: Since the "Recipient's Address" section will have the address after enrollment printed, draw a double line and make corrections to your current address.
Address label (For return mail from the University to you): At the time of returning the Letter Pack from the department responsible for the admitted faculty or graduate school, manually write down the address where you currently reside (the address where you can receive documents).
6.入学手続が完了したか心配だ
→手続書類の到着状況については,日本郵便の郵便追跡サービスサイトでご確認ください。郵便追跡サービスサイトでは書類の郵送時に郵便局から交付された「受領証」にあるお問い合わせ番号（引受番号）を利用して確認することができます。
到着済みの状態となっていれば,受付はされています。
国際郵便については,ご利用になった郵送サービス提供会社にお問い合わせください。
なお,書類不備などがある場合は,大学より連絡を行う場合があります。
3/12 は学部一般選抜後期日程を実施しているため、正规赌篮球软件への郵送は行われません。3/13 以降、順次処理を行います。
I’m worried whether my admission procedure is completed or not?
→Regarding the status of document delivery, please check Track ＆ Trace service on Japan Post's postal website. On the website, you can confirm using the inquiry code number found on the "Receipt" provided by the post office when the documents were sent. If it is marked as "delivered," it means the acceptance has been completed. For international mail, please inquire with the postal service provider you used. Chiba University may contact applicants with incomplete documents.
On March 12th, the undergraduate admissions selection is being conducted, so there will be no mailings to Chiba University. From March 13th onwards, processing will be carried out sequentially.
7.氏名のフリガナについて、小さい「ュ」「ョ」が大きな「ユ」「ヨ」として表示されるが、問題ないか。
→システムの都合上、学部生においては大きな「ユ」「ヨ」として表示されますが、問題ありません。
Regarding the furigana (phonetic guide) for names, if the small characters "ュ" and "ョ" are displayed as the larger "ユ" and "ヨ" respectively, is it a problem?
→There is no issue with this.
